At Carrefour Multisports, we care about the health of our members and we are convinced that it is particularly important to remain positive and get through this crisis together by taking up the challenges and adapting to new realities.
Our online course platform
Since the beginning of the pandemic, our teams have worked hard to create an online course platform. Thanks to their assiduous efforts, the platform broadcasts over 20 new classes per week (LIVE or recorded) and allows hundreds of members and non-members to stay active.
Our instructors are on hand to offer you the best lessons ever! They are truly dedicated to keeping in touch with the community and encouraging people to continue training during the lockdown.
Classes are designed to use minimal equipment in the comfort of your own home. Browse through approximately 400 videos to find the perfect ones to cater to your own fitness needs level and style…all offered free of charge during the pandemic.

Other open activities
In this time of confinement, it is possible to do lots of activities at Carrefour Multisports!
The pool is open for swimming, and Aquafitness equipment is at your disposal for your exercises. All you have to do is reserve a lane for yourself and/or your family and you’ll be set to enjoy a nice dip!
Racquet sports (tennis, badminton, racquetball) are available by reservation. You can play singles, doubles are permitted for family members.
Bistro 3095
A craving? Bistro 3095 is open for take-out meals. You can even have your gourmet «On the Go» coffee!
