Body Composition Evaluation: Various body measurements are taken, including height and weight. A BIA (bio-impedance analysis) is taken using a state of the art measuring device to accurately assess your body composition by measuring fat in relation to lean mass and water weight. An invaluable tool for estimating evaluating your overall health, the 15-minute process is included in all evaluation tiers.
Complete Evaluation – VO2 Submax – In addition to a body comp evaluation, your cardiovascular health is assessed as well. A submaximal cycling test allows us to measure your oxygen intake and estimate your maximum capacities.
