CROSSFIT IS A LAYERED FITNESS REGIMEN COMBINING STRENGTH TRAINING, GYMNASTICS, AND ENDURANCE SPORTS. CROSSFITTERS RUN, ROW, CLIMB AND JUMP, ALSO PRACTICING OLYMPIC-STYLE WEIGHTLIFTING AND STRONGMAN EXERCISES. EQUIPMENT FROM ALL DISCIPLINES ARE USED IN OUR CROSSFIT GYM IN LAVAL, INCLUDING DUMBBELLS, GYMNASTIC RINGS, PLYO BOXES, KETTLEBELLS, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT CONTRIBUTES TO A VARIED, ENERGETIC WORKOUT.

Experience the full benefit of your Crossfit gym workout by mixing your routine with our other classes! For strength training, consider try our fully-stacked gym, our boxing or kickboxing classes.
